Regal Shepherds requires that you have your new puppy
examined by a licensed veterinarian within four days of purchase. If any illnesses or other health defects are
found that existed prior to the date of purchase, the puppy may be returned for a refund of the purchase price or exchanged
for another puppy. If the puppy dies from a pre-existing condition within 10 days of purchase, Regal Shepherds will
refund the purchase price or allow selection of another puppy. In the case of illness or death within 10 days of purchase,
a written statement from the examining veterinarian and the veterinarians phone number must be provided to Regal Shepherds.
Regal Shepherds must be able to contact the veterinarian before a refund or exchange will be discussed. No refunds or
exchanges will be allowed for illnesses discovered or death after 10 days from date of purchase.
Regal Shepherds guarantees the puppy to be free of hip or elbow dysplasia.
If the dog is x-rayed between two to three years of age and dysplasia is diagnosed: contact Regal Shepherds.
With the exceptions of hip or elbow dysplasia (diagnosed
within two to three years), illness discovered by a veterinarian or death within 10 days of purchase, all sales
